Cheesy Eggs

**** I'm not one for cooking in the microwave because of the rubber texture, but this recipe is yummy and quick. The Key to this recipe is to cook slowly and keep stirring.


Eggs
Any kind of Cheese ( American, Swiss, Provolone ect.)
Milk
Salt
Pepper

In a microwavable mixing bowl;
Take as many eggs and you want. Crack into Bowl.
Scramble the eggs up with a fork
Add milk, then mix together.
Take your cheese or cheeses ( the more the better) and make squares of them place in egg mixture.
Add Salt and pepper to liking.
Place in microwave for 45 seconds on high. When beeps, take out and stir, Place again in microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Place in again for 1 minute. Stir. Place again for 2 minutes. Stir.
Place in again for 2 minutes, and stir. You may have to repeat step again but eggs should be light and fluffy.
