EZ Football Party Recipes


Chicken Quesadilla

3 cans of Chicken Breast
1 package of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 package of Cream Cheese
1 bottle of Ranch Dressing
1 bottle of Hot Sauce


Put the first 3 ingredients in a Crock Pot. Cutting up the Cream chesse into strips or cubes help to mix easier. Put a good amount of Ranch into mixture to moisten it. Cook on HIGH for a few hours. Remember to stir every couple hours or place on LOW if you have 5 or 6 hours.
When all cheese is melted and soft ; add hot sauce to your liking.

Take 2 soft taco shells spread mixture on the shell , cover with second shell and put in the oven to warm .

ANOTHER IDEA:::

Add Chips with dip instead of Soft Shell Tacos




FOOTBALL CHILLI

2 cans of Tomato Paste
2 cans of Kidney Beans
2 cans of chunked Tomato ( depending if you want a chunky texture)
1 package of Chilli Seasoning
2 lbs of Ground Beef
1/4 of sugar ( if you want it sweet)

OPTIONAL:
Salsa
Banana Peppers
Jalapeno Peppers


Cook the Ground Beef in a pan until fully cooked. Drain Grease from meat. Place Ground Beef in a Crock Pot. Put the tomato paste, crushed or sliced tomatoes, chilli seasoning, and kidney beans (undrained) in the Crock Pot. Stir ingredients until mixed. Add some Sugar if you want your chilli to be sweet, but don't add full amount slowly add to your liking. Add the other Optional ingredients if you would like. Turn Crock Pot on high until a boil , then place on low to keep warm.
Once mixture has boiled you may add some water if mixture is too thick.
